	Goal
	To promote effective use of OTEC/DOWA activities and underwater technologies. These include commercial, sport and scientific diving, undersea salvage and underwater welding as well as other specialized applications for underwater research.

	Sporting diving training programs Scientific diving activities. Underwater welding training programs. Surface diving training camp. Yachting, yacht harbor and marina design. Ocean Thermal Energy Conversion/Deep Ocean Water Application
		Future Prospective
		In addition to undersea research activities, the center will combine with professionals and research scientists to establish an undersea leisure/sports/touirism program to educate and to encourage people engaging in undersea activities.
